These programs are for people who have been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and want to learn the fundamentals of eating, moving, managing stress, and goal-setting to improve their health and reduce their chances of complications related to diabetes. Taking Control of Type 2
This intensive program is specifically for people who have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and are serious about understanding and being in control of their own disease management. TCT2 uses three pillars of support to encourage self-management of type 2 diabetes: medical management, healthy eating, and physical activity. Learn more and register for this program:
